Return Process

  Log into your ZAMA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
